About Us
Third Coast Soccer was founded in 1999 by Chris
Stewart. His vision was to create a company to provide Louisiana’s growing
soccer communities with quality footwear, apparel and equipment at affordable
prices. In the spring of 2001, after a few years of outfitting teams, Chris
proudly opened his first store in his hometown of Lake Charles, LA. Soon after,
Billy Smith recognized the potential Third Coast Soccer possessed and joined
the company with the promise to expand Third Coast Soccer’s business across Louisiana.
The company opened its first satellite location in Baton Rouge in the summer of
2003, with two more additions to follow: Metairie in August 2007 and Mandeville
in April 2010. With Billy’s assistance, a dedicated managerial staff, and 4
locations spread across southern Louisiana, Chris’s vision is well on its way
to becoming reality.
Third Coast Soccer outfits players, coaches, and
soccer enthusiasts with a wide variety of gear from every major soccer
manufacturer in the world. While the company’s roots will always be tied to
Louisiana, Third Coast Soccer plans to bring their Magnolia logo and
exceptional service to surrounding states, including you, our valued internet
