PRODUCT INFORMATION
Many of the products displayed at the Site are available in select Third Coast Soccer stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in Third Coast Soccer stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Third Coast Soccer does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your thirdcoastsoccer.net purchase you may return it with your invoice to any Third Coast Soccer store or by mail.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Third Coast Soccer harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Third Coast Soccer. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Third Coast Soccer also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Third Coast Soccer's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Third Coast Soccer, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you do not have your receipt, we will not be able to issue you a return or an exchange - no exceptions. Third Coast Soccer will not be able to return/exchange any items after 30 days of purchase. Any refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate (gift certificate).
To return any Third Coast Soccer online purchase by mail:

**We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item.**
ORDER FULLFILLMENT
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (usually by 24 hours) of payment. For orders that are special orders (orders that may come directly from the manufacturer, are on backorder, or are orders on items that will become available in the future) shipping and processing times will vary. Please remember that processing times will not include holidays.
Items will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) or by the United States Postal Service (USPS). The method/company of shipping is used at the discretion of Third Coast Soccer in order to fill your order in the most timely and efficient manner. All items will be billed shipping by UPS rates, regardless of Third Coast Soccer using UPS or the USPS, and all items will come with some sort of tracking number or delivery confirmation number. The total time expected for “ground” service is 2-6 business days to anywhere in the continental United States. Express shipping times vary by the service that is selected. All items that are purchased during the business day will be shipped out the following business day.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Third Coast Soccer will not be able to accept payment by phone or internet for international customers. All payments must be made by either a postal money order (we do not accept Western Union money orders), or a cashier’s check. Payments will only be accepted in US Currency. Please fill-out an International Purchase form (click here) and mail the form and the correct payment amount to:

Please email us ahead of time that you are sending payment and we will set aside your items and ship once payment is received. We will hold items for no longer than 10 business days.
