Shipping Policies & Procedures
All orders from Third Coast Soccer, LLC are processed between 10am and 6pm CST, Monday thru Friday (please note that weekends and holidays will not count towards processing and shipping times). Most orders will ship within 24 hours of payment. If there is any reason that an order will ship in more than 24 hours, an email will be sent to you re-garding your shipment.
Third Coast Soccer, LLC exclusively uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all of their shipping needs. We are sorry, but we cannot substitute any other carrier or use any of our customer’s shipping account numbers.

Third Coast Soccer, LLC adds a small handling fee of $1.00 per shipment to cover the cost of handling and packaging. This added fee goes to insure that your items arrive in good, safe working condition.
NOTE: To help protect our customers against fraud, all shipments can only be delivered to the matching billing address. No ‘drop-shipments’ are allowed.
GROUND SHIPPING
Regular ground shipping takes from 3-10 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.).
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Sometimes you may need your items in a hurry and we offer UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight Saver options to increase your shipping time. There are added fees for these expedited shipping services, please visit www.ups.com for more details and estimated charges. Again, please allow 24 hours to get shipments out to you and consider that shipments cease during the weekends and holidays.
